At HypeX, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly offer:

Or a full refund, depending on the situation

Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting support.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Funds will be returned to your original payment method

7. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HypeX is not responsible for lost return packages.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
